Table presses from 24 to 34 t
Hobby blacksmiths usually have limited space and our table presses are designed for this. The press in the picture has a capacity of 24 t. It works with a normal pressure washer and in a closed circuit only water circulates; the washing function is maintained. If you already have a sufficiently powerful pressure washer, you do not need to buy one. Our pressure washer is the ETM 150 XTS 10/150 GX 230V50 HZ from the manufacturer Comet. It has a pressure of 140 bar and a flow rate of 10 l/min. The press has a pressure of 24 tons. Pressing speed = 1 cm/sec.
The control is via a foot pedal.
Thanks to its simple design, the press is maintenance-free.
The table shown in the picture is not for sale. Cutlers make it themselves or already have one.
The picture shows the 24 t forging press: 1 = press chamber. Width 102 mm and height 20 cm; 2 = pressure washer 3 = water tank;
The 34 t press
The difference to the 24 t press is due to the high pressure cleaner K 250 with 200 bar

For blacksmiths

pressing speed as desired
When purchasing a hydraulic forging press, you must accept the drive power selected by the press manufacturer. The pump unit is firmly screwed into the press and integrated into the press.
With our press, you decide the pressing speed by applying the pressure washer of your choice. For example, you can use two pressure washers in parallel and the pressing speed is doubled. The pressure exerted remains the same.
The photo shows our 24 t press with two pressure washers.

The cooling speed of the hot steel also counts
The closed pressure chamber has the advantage that the side walls, i.e. the tube with a thickness of 15 mm, heat up and radiate towards the iron being forged.
Measurements of the pressing chamber
The height is 20 cm, the width 102 mm and the depth = tube diameter 180 mm. The arrows indicate the respective magnets. The second photo shows the strength of the magnets. In addition, the mould holder plates have M 10 threads.

We offer what our competitors with oil hydraulics cannot: sandblasting
.In the picture to the right of the spray lance you can see the sandblasting accessories.

Sensitive foot pedal control
Usually, hydraulic presses have electromechanical foot pedal controls with a limit switch. Our hydraulic forging presses have no electrical circuit. They are controlled purely hydraulically without a limit switch. A suction valve with no moving parts lets the water either flow into the cylinder or sucks it back. Depending on whether you press the pedal down and the two-way seat valve closes or opens, the pressure in the system increases or decreases. If the system pressure is higher, the water flows into the cylinder; conversely, it is sucked back and raises the press ram. The only moving part in the control system is the valve. The two-way valve is the simplest type of valve. It requires no maintenance. And importantly: what isn't there can't break.
